Application

Contract
We instruct an independent asset manager to produce a 16 page property report complete with comparable's and a property valuation.
Proffered Offer
We provide an automatic 90% offer which your clients are free to accept or reject.
Instruction
Assuming the offer is accepted, a memorandum of sale will be issued to both the seller's solicitors and Proffered's solicitors and exchange can take place in as little as 5 working days.
Survey
A survey will be booked within a couple of days of the MoS being issued.
Exchange & Completion
We look to exchange within 5 working days and can wait up to 6 months until completion if necessary.
