Will has worked in the property sector for over 20 years across New Build, Estate Agency and Asset Management where he held a position at Director level. Will has vast experience of working alongside the UK’s largest house builders.
Will is responsible for all things Business Development and has created several leading partnerships in both the New Build and Probate sector since joining the team.
Sam has worked in property for over 10 years, and is highly experienced in both the London and national markets. After achieving a BSc in international business, Sam managed the sales team at London based estate agency Foxtons for 10 years.
Since joining the team, Sam has facilitated the transaction of over 600 properties at a value of more than £120 million.
Phil is an experienced CFO who has spent the last 16 years as
Group Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer of groups
undergoing transformational growth and change. Since qualifying
as a Chartered Accountant, he’s held roles in corporate finance,
M&A and strategic planning, before progressing through various
FD roles in business units, divisions and a listed plc. More
recently, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer for 12 years in
two private equity-backed groups.
Chelsea has worked in the property sector for 5 years, for both
local and national property services, including an award-winning
independent estate agency.
