We buy property in any location in mainland England and Wales, we also purchase property in any condition.

Upon receiving information regarding a property we will return an offer in principal to purchase the property, we will provide this offer within 24 hours excluding Weekends, Bank holidays and Public holidays.

There is no cost to you/ your client to receive an offer and there is no obligation for you to accept the offer of purchase relating to the property.

We can complete in a property purchase within 7 Days of you/your client accepting our offer but the purchase time period can be longer than 7 Days.

The offer you/your client receives in principle subject to confirmation by an independent 3rd party RICS valuation.

If the offer you/ your client receives in principle is of interest we will then arrange an appraisal and assessment of your property, this may include an external valuation. Any external valuation report we receive is used for the purposes of making our offer to you.

There are no chains related to the purchase we guarantee to provide a cash offer.

Any offers we do make to you/ your client to purchase your/ your client’s property will be below current market value.

We will also make further enquiries and carry out research into the local market and of each property in order to make our offer to you/your client.

There are no fees associated with our service and we cover all costs including all legal fees associated with the purchase.

By providing your/ your client’s details to proffered, you consent to your/your client’s details being sent to selected third party companies offering the same or similar services to proffered for their marketing purposes, you/ your client also consent to your/ your client’s details being used for marketing purposes by us.

You/ your client may access other websites via links from the proffered website. These websites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.

We will not be responsible or liable to you/ your client for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of anticipated savings.

If you/ your client wishes to make a complaint or air a grievance, please contact us in writing, either by post (Complaints, proffered, First Floor, 50 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8FR) or email (info@proffered.co.uk ) with a detailed chain of events. We will try to solve any disagreements or complaints as efficiently as we can, confirming receipt of any complaint within 3 working days, and sending a response to your/ your client’s complaint within 15 working days. We will ensure that the person handling your/ your client’s complaint is not any person mentioned within the complaint, but a more senior member of the team.
